Apply to Relationship Commitment at
Banks can configure when to apply pipeline request amounts to the relationship commitment for loans to one borrower tracking purposes in BankPoint.
By default, BankPoint is configured to adjust the relationship commitment when the pipeline loan moves into the Underwriting status. This can now be changed by the System Administrator to add the request amount to the relationship as the pipeline loan enters any of the statuses, except for a terminal status.
Click on the drop-down to select the new status to apply the amount to relationship commitment.
This setting allows banks to configure what user role represents underwriters in BankPoint, which will allow for a quick search when assigning an underwriter to a pipeline loan. By default this will be set to the Loan Pipeline Underwriter role.
Click on the drop-down next to Underwriter Role to select a different role to represent underwriters in BankPoint.
For more information on how to add users to the Loan Pipeline Underwriter role, visit How To: Add users to a role
Default Expiration Days
If users don't set an expiration date on a pipeline loan, BankPoint uses the default expiration days setting once the pipeline loan is approved. The expiration date is used in the RPT-PIP-003 Expired Pipeline Loans Report.
The default expiration days is initially set to 90. Enter a different number of days to change this setting.
