Create a Document Package from a Pipeline Loan
On the Loan Pipeline Detail screen, go to the Actions dropdown menu on the right side of the screen and select New Document Package.
Fill out the New Document Package form, which include the following fields:
Document Package Name: Name of the new PDF file
Include Cover Page: Option to include a cover page. If this is not selected, the first page of the first document selected will be the first page of the new document. Adding a Cover Page to a Document Package
Save a Copy to the Pipeline Loan: Option to save the document in BankPoint. If this option is not selected, you will receive a prompt to open/save the document to your computer, but it will not attach to the Pipeline Loan in BankPoint.
At least one document currently attached to the Pipeline Loan needs to be selected. Only PDF and image files may be included in the document package.
After the desired documents are selected, they can be rearranged.
In the example below, we rearranged the documents to include Property Condition Report first, followed by the Appraisal Report, and then the Tax Return document.
You can move a document to the top or the bottom of the list, or you can drag and drop to the desired position by using the ellipses on the left side of the Rearrange Documents dialog.
Please note that document packages created for a Pipeline Loan cannot be copied over to a loan.
Adding a Cover Page to a Document Package
When creating a new document package, if you opt to include a cover page, additional controls will be displayed.
Cover Page Image: The image to add to the first page of the new document. Examples are the bank logo, the customer company logo, or a picture of the collateral asset.
Cover Page Title: The title of the cover page.
Cover Page Subtitle - Line 1, 2, and 3: Additional subtitles to be added to the first page of the new document.
