How to Copy Documents from a Pipeline Loan to a Loan
This feature is enabled throughout the life of the Pipeline Loan.
For request types which are associated with loans upon creation, such as Modification, Renewal, or Extension, documents can be copied to linked loans as soon as the Pipeline Loan is created.
For other request types, the option to copy documents over is only available once a boarded loan is manually linked to the Pipeline Loan.
You can choose which documents to copy and in the case of requests for multiple loans, you can also choose which loans will receive the copy of the documentation.
After the document(s) are copied, BankPoint displays the number and name of the loan(s) which received a copy of the document on the Documents tab of the Pipeline Loan.
Please note that currently BankPoint does not prevent you from copying the same document multiple times, so it is recommended that you verify the document has not already been copied beforehand.
